You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to Zabuun (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Zabuun a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the requested services.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to use that content
• Any outputs generated using your content

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.

Zabuun shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zabuun in the 12 months prior to the claim.
